This is such a wonderful dress for the holidays, or any time special. burn out velvet, with a sweetheart bodice and waistline, full skirt and prong set rhinestones. this dress is completely ruched with elastic threads on the back bodice area for a snug fit. front is boned and lined in nylon.
Although this dress screams 50s its actually referenced to the early 70s union labels.
